Viet Nam: Support to Viet Nam Academy of Social Sciences

The technical assistance (TA) aimed to strengthen the research capacity of the Viet Nam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS), its knowledge management, and its capacity to carry out policy advocacy. The TA sought to establish an internal system for research planning and quality control within VASS and conduct actual research projects using international standards; and develop a new knowledge management and dissemination plan for VASS.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the TA.
