3ie launches an Impact Evaluation Repository
3ie has launched an Impact Evaluation Repository, a new and improved version of its existing impact evaluation database. With nearly 2,400 impact evaluations, this is the only comprehensive repository of its kind in international development. Designed for policymakers, as well as researchers, it is a valuable source of rigorous evidence of what works, how, why and at what cost in development.
IADB OVE publishes the second independent evaluation of Japanese trust funds at the IADB
Published in May 2014, the evaluation assesses the results obtained with financing by Japanese Trust Funds (JTFs) at the Inter-American Development Bank, and to highlight any potential improvements in the future use of these funds. Findings were also expected to highight topics related to the visbility of Japan's contributions and collaboration with Japanese agencies.

Vacancy: Division Manager, Independent Development Evaluation at the African Development Bank
Independent Development Evaluation at the African Development Bank is currently looking for a Division Manager.
He/She is responsible for the planning and timely production of the agreed evaluation reports. He/She is also responsible for managing the budget for the division and providing technical guidance for the evaluations undertaken by the team. As a member of the management team, he/she will participate in weekly team meetings with IDEV management team and update the team on evaluation work and progress of dissemination activities.
New IFAD publication: Republic of Moldova Country programme evaluation
The Independent Evaluation Office of IFAD has just released the Republic of Moldova Country programme evaluation. The evaluation examines issues such as IFAD's support for rural lending, investment in small-scale infrastructure, building Moldova's agricultural future and the efficiency in implementing, managing and coordinating ongoing IFAD-supported projects at low cost.
Public Sector Evaluation
This permanent working group is chaired by the World Bank. A sub-group on policy-based lending evaluation, les by AsDB was set up to prepare a GPS report on this particular topic.
