The small-scale technical assistance (TA) aimed to (i) enhance capacities for gender mainstreaming across all sectors supported by ADB in East Asia, particularly Mongolia and the People’s Republic of China (PRC); (ii) improve quality of gender actions in operations, and increase the number of new projects effectively mainstreamed; (iii) strengthen monitoring and results tracking of gender interventions in ADB-financed operations among implementing agencies and ADB teams; and (iv) capture gender-related knowledge generated from East Asia operations.
The technical assistance (TA) project aimed to revitalize the economic growth of Pakistan. Its anticipated outcome was a government that is enabled to make informed and well-considered economic policy decisions and pursue progress in structural and economic reforms.
