Review of the IFAD12 Results Management Framework

The RMF is a key instrument designed to track IFAD’s progress towards achieving its development and organizational commitments and targets over a three-year replenishment cycle. In particular, the review assesses the relevance and effectiveness of the RMF to track progress towards the results commitments under the Twelfth Replenishment (IFAD12) and as a tool for accountability, decision-making, learning and adaptive management in deploying the resources mobilized. The review provides timely, evidence-based feedback to the design of the forthcoming RMF for the Thirteenth Replenishment (IFAD13).
