GEF Annual Performance Report (APR) 2021

The report also analyzes factors affecting project performance; progress toward achieving GEF-5 replenishment targets; the effect of COVID-19 on GEF projects; implementation of the GEF results-based management (RBM) system; concentration of GEF resources among Agencies; and the effect of GEF-7 System for Transparent Allocation of Resources indexes on country allocation. The report was prepared as an input to the Seventh Comprehensive Evaluation of the GEF, and was presented to the GEF Council as an information document during the Council's December 2021 meeting.
