Dear fellow evaluators,

In the EIB we routinely carry out (ex-post) project evaluations in the context of our the thematic evaluations. We have started an internal discussion about the sampling of the projects we evaluate. We are interested to hear from others about how/ whether, you link  - or even aggregate - project evaluations to portfolio (sector/ country/ regional) evaluations.
