The project was a follow-up to the first Upper Secondary Education Development (USEDP) project in Viet Nam. It mainly focused on two thrusts: (i) continue ongoing reforms in USE especially in relation to “upgrading of teaching and learning to international standards,” and (ii) improve the quality and access of USE in disadvantaged areas of the country.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the project. IED overall assessment: Successful.
