On the occasion of its 15th anniversary, the European Investment Bank’s Inspectorate General is hosting a conference on
“Public Accountability”
to be held on 27 October 2021, 9:15 - 12.30.
Addressing the major societal challenges ahead of us – including climate change, COVID-19 crisis recovery, gender equality, reducing poverty and inequalities – requires to make public accountability an integral part of our strategy.
High-level panels will exchange their views on the importance of public accountability in the EU and in the financial sector, and will discuss how accountability interacts with transparency, integrity, control, and learning.
The conference registration is open for virtual participation.
