Preparing the Mekong Water Supply and Sanitation Project
The ultimate objective of the technical assistance (TA) was to improve the water supply and sanitation (WSS) facilities and hygiene practices of the urban population in nine secondary towns in the economic corridors of Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), and Viet Nam through the preparation of the design of Mekong Water Supply and Sanitation Project for ADB financing.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the TA.
IED overall assessment is less than successful.
