People’s Republic of China: Strengthening the Role of E-Commerce in Poverty Reduction in Southwestern Mountainous Areas in Chongqing
The technical assistance (TA) aimed to reduce poverty in the rural and mountainous areas of Chongqing by expanding access to markets for agricultural products through strengthened e-commerce. Specifically, the TA would develop e-commerce business models, provide recommendations to improve the legal and policy framework for applying e-commerce, and conduct institutional strengthening and capacity building activities.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the TA. IED overall assessment is successful.
