Georgia: Road Corridor Investment Program, Tranche 1
The investment program was approved to improve about 120 kilometers (km) to 200 km of subregional roads, strengthen asset management capacity of the Roads Department, and improve road safety. Tranche 1 was to construct a 33.6 km two-lane bypass road detouring Kobuleti, strengthening asset management capacity, and improving road safety.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of tranche 1: Less than successful.
