The EBRD's experience with policy dialogue in Ukraine (EvD Special Study)
The EBRD evaluation department carries out special studies, discussion briefs, synthesis papers and insights on topics relevant to the Bank programmes, sectors and countries. The purpose of these studies is to identify broad lessons which can assist with the development of new strategies or policies.
As part of this series of special studies, EvD have just published an evaluation of its experiences with policy dialogue in Ukraine. It provides insights to inform future policy dialogue efforts in Ukraine and other countries where the experience in Ukraine is considered relevant. It also provides ideas on how policy dialogue by the Bank might be made more effective as it moves to strengthen this area of its business.
