IDEAS' mission is 'to advance and extend the practice of development evaluation by refining methods, strengthening capacity and expanding ownership', with a particular focus on developing and transitional economies.
Evaluation Associations/ Societies
The IOCE represents national and regional Voluntary Organizations of Professional Evaluators (VOPEs) in the Americas, Africa, Australasia, Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States, and the Middle East. It strengthens international evaluation through the exchange of evaluation methods, theories and practice, and promotes good governance and recognition of the value evaluation has in improving peoples' lives.
