Traffic congestion, poor air quality, noise and high levels of CO2 emissions are a problem in many cities. This is why a #smartcity needs smart mobility. This can be new light rail, metro and tram systems, cycling and pedestrian networks like London's Cycle Superhighway or cleaner vehicles.
In #Paris, we have financed the Autolib' electric-car sharing scheme, which is soon extending to London.
