(TPP Chapter 1) : Initial Provisions and General Definitions
This chapter organizes and provides overall structure for the TPP Agreement; sets out the relationship between the TPP Agreement and other agreements already in place among the TPP Parties (in particular the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement, but also existing free trade agreements among the TPP Parties); and defines technical terms used in more than one chapter of the Agreement Between :
